IBM conducted a survey of more than 1500 CEOs from 60 countries and 33 industries worldwide and they found that chief executives believe more than rigor, management discipline, integrity or even vision, that successfully navigating an increasingly complex world in order to strengthen the economy will require CREATIVITY.

But, it’s important to understand that we need ALL the children who live in the city of Chicago to learn creativity and not just those who are able to visit the lakefront or attend all of the City’s arts events and activities that are densely clustered on the North side. We need to engage all of Chicago’s children to be exposed to the power of creativity to transform the world that we live in.
